Instructions for providing Sales Tax Exemption Certificates

TelExpress charges tax on orders shipping to states where TelExpress is required to collect tax. A valid reseller certificate must be in place during purchase to qualify for sales tax exemption.  If you are a tax- exempt organization or reseller, you must – 

  1. Have a registered account for our online store.  If you are not registered, you can do so at https://telexpresslive.com/login.php?action=create_account
  2. Apply for tax exemption on your orders by emailing your certificate to Taxexempt@telexpressinc.com.  

 The exemption information will be loaded by our accounting department under your registered account that will allow your new order to be processed as tax exempt, as well as all future orders

If you have already placed an order thru our store and had to pay tax, you can email your reseller certificate form to the same email address above and request a refund for the sales tax paid.
