Loopback Modules

TXM offers Fiber Optic Loopback modules, which  are also called optical loopback adapters.  Our options include LC loopback modules and SC loopback modules, offered in both SM Singlemode and MM Multimode. 

These loopback modules are designed for testing, engineering and the burn-in stage of boards or other equipment. TXM’s Optical loopback adapters provide system test engineers a simple but effective way of testing the transmission capability and the receiver sensitivity of network equipment. They are used for testing by having one connector plugged into the output port, while the other is plugged into the input port of the equipment.
